I think this is just curiousity. I live in California, and am fed up with and tired of looking for a new car – everything looks and feels the same from the Matrix to Corollas, to the new Fit from Honda. I won’t deny the fact that they are reliable, sturdy and great on gas, but to me all things sold here within reasonable price range feel redundant and almost sad. And although I know for fact that you’re better off finding a DeLorean for sale than a Peugeot in California, I found myself wondering Why that is. They do have peugeots in other parts of the country, not to mention the continent – I hear that canada has a plentiful bunch of them. South of the border there isn’t too many but what they lack in Peugeot they make up for in SEAT’s. Even other states appear to have classifieds of french, english and spanish cars as recent ast 1995.
So why is there no dealers selling peugeots, renaults, fiats, seats, opels, citroens, or rovers in California?

Probly cause there’s no big “need” for them. Why dave a dealer if no-one is gonna buy them. Atleast enough to support a dealer.
